If you are in FCCLA, please check your email regarding details about the field trip and let Mrs. Nelson know by the end of day today if you plan to attend.
The Polo Fire Department is looking for volunteers to help clean the fire station on Saturday from 9am-1pm (or however long you are able to help). They are also in need of volunteers to help at their annual breakfast this Sunday from 5am-1pm (you would need to show up no later than 6:30am). Dana Chacon (Career Services & Community Education Program Coordinator) will be at the Polo Library from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm THIS THURSDAY to help students with job applications &/or resumes, the do's and don'ts of interviewing, any college help finding and filling out forms, valuable resources for college and career searching, Sauk opportunities of workshops, programs, and other events that are available in the summer and coming fall, and so on. Email Mrs. Sanders if you have any questions.

ALL freshmen, sophomore, and junior students need to have their Chromebook AND charger at school today. You will be sent to your testing room at 3:00pm today to plug in your Chromebook for the night. Check your email for your room assignment.

The local Boy Scout troop is looking for help cleaning up nearby country roads as part of a service project from 9am-2pm THIS SATURDAY (tomorrow). Students interested in volunteering should call or text Mark Zeigler at (815)631-2620. Please plan to bring a pair of gloves. If you are only able to come for part of the time, they would still love to have you!

The Polo Police Department would like to start a community service initiative where high school students work with the police to help do yard work for people around the community. This would take place on Saturdays when the weather is nice. If you are interested in participating, please email Mrs. Sanders and include your cell phone number.
All juniors need to come to school with a CHARGED Chromebook and charger tomorrow. You will be taking the Illinois Science Assessment in the cafeteria. Please be there and ready by 8:10am.
