Centennial and CPO have partnered together to purchase new playground equipment for Centennial Elementary School! This would not be possible without the wonderful support from our community at our CPO Dinner Night's Outs and with the Mrs. Field's Fundraiser! All Centennial students participated in voting for their favorite playground out of 3 choices. We are excited to reveal the new playground equipment that will be installed this summer alongside our existing structures. The new equipment will be blue and yellow, as well!

In the spirit of Christmas, Aplington Middle School and APO are collecting donations to participate in the Habitat for Humanity of Ogle County STUD-A-THON. Our goal is to collect $200 so we can sponsor a 2x6 construction stud that will be used in a new home built by Habitat for Humanity.
We are collecting donations now through December 14th. On the 14th we will pick up our stud. On December 20th (our last day before Christmas break) students and staff will decorate the stud and return it to HFH. We will talk to students about what Habitat for Humanity does for communities and families and stress the importance of community involvement and volunteering.
If you have any questions please call Katie Chesnut at 815-946-2519 or email kchesnut@poloschools.net

Polo School District Students and Families: Our district has received a supply of Covid-19 tests for home use. If you are interested, they will be available in all of the building offices. Call or stop by to pick one up. There is no charge for the tests. Tests are for home use only and will not be performed by school staff. They are available while supplies last.
