If your child needs a sports physical for next school year, check out this flyer! CGH has made sports physicals available to any student in the Polo district for a fee of $25. A portion of these proceeds go back to Polo schools. Note: Sports physicals cannot be used for the requirement in grades Pre-K, K, 6 or 9.
