Centennial Elementary received recognition today from the 4U Charities as a Silver Level Sponsor for their donation to the 2021 auction. Brenda Soltow, kindergarten teacher and 4U Charities member presented the award to Dr.Huyett today.



Polo/Forreston Boys and Girls Track meet scheduled for tonight 3/24/22 at Forreston has been cancelled.

PCHS Baseball and Softball games scheduled for tonight 3/23 at Pearl City have been cancelled.

Aplington's 7th & 8th grade students had the opportunity to enjoy an educational field trip to Springfield yesterday. They left the school bright and early at 6:45 A.M. and returned at 8:30 P.M. This trip was completely funded by 4U Charities and the Winnick Family Foundation, allowing students to experience this at no cost to them.
A huge thank you to 4U Charities and the Winnick Family Foundation for funding this trip which gave our students a wonderful experience, to Mrs. Schlegel for making all of the arrangements, to Mr. Messer, Ms. Wells, Mr. Kelln, Mrs. Wetzel, Mrs. Jaeger, Ms. Reid, Mr. Benner, & Mrs. Schlegel who chaperoned the trip, AND to the students who all displayed maturity and appropriate behavior - you represented Polo well!

Friday, March 11, 2022: The Polo Community High School Drama Club, with participation of Aplington Middle School, presents Aladdin Jr. tonight and tomorrow night (3/11 & 3/12). Showtime is 7 P.M. Tickets will be available to purchase at the door. Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for students and seniors. Please come out and enjoy the show!
